What you think about is what you become.

I am practicing visualization of calmness, health, strength . . .

Yesterday, during the day, I felt my blood in my arms and chest and felt ALIVE. Like it was working and tingling and doing good things.

There is a lot of literature out there about finding peace, losing weight and something about increasing your lucky numbers for winning the lottery (which if it WORKED, would bankrupt the state.)

I'm thinking of writing another book.
This one on the secrets of life that I have discovered.

It will probably be rather zen like. The secrets aren't complex. They are very simple.
